In the bright morning of January 12th, 2020, thirteen students majored in Environmental Engineering from Dalian University of Technology had a study tour to Sino Soar Hybrid (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. The reception team of the activity is led by Sino Soar CEO Mr. Cao Zhenwu, Sino Soar HR Deputy Director Ms. Zhao Qidi, Mr. Yang Qiuxu of Sino Soar Engineering & Technical Department, and Mr. Su Jingyang of Zhongke Glory.
At the technical seminar, Mr. Cao introduced in detail about Sino Soar’s development history, main business & technologies, key project cases, company culture, operation principle, and global marketing planning. The company is 4 years old which was established on July 31st, 2015. The international market of Sino Soar covers Myanmar, Philippines, Maldives, Uganda, Surinam etc. Sino Soar branches and offices were established in those countries for project management. In the end of August 2019, Sino Soar completed the first round financing of 40 Million Yuan successfully.
The main energy system and products of Sino Soar include: Solar Hybrid System, Energy Management System (independent R&D), Solar Home System, Solar Power System. Solar Streetlight, Solar Pump etc.

Global Market Analysis: according to the data statistics of World Bank, 969 Million people in the world are not yet electrified, these population are mainly living in Asia and Africa. Furthermore, there are remarkable number of people living in areas with poor power supply and islands without grid. The approximate population in the world needing solar hybrid system and off-grid power system will be around 2.2 billion. In other words, the target market of Sino Soar is about 1/3 of the global population.
After the half-day study in Sino Soar, the students are acquainted with the industry status, company development condition, as well as the enterprise culture. The students summarized that they had learned a lot from this tour. From the perspective of industry knowledge, they broadened their horizon by learning about the working principle of solar hybrid system and global market. From the perspective of future personal career planning, the students learned that job hunting should be career oriented depending on the platform provided by enterprise, not to select a job by comparing the scale of the enterprise, or judging the job by comparing if the enterprise is a government-owned or private one. Lastly, the students could feel the vibrant Sino Soar culture. They hope that they could contribute more to the society and the world after graduation with what they had learned in their major.
