The management of Sino Soar announced the guidance of ‘Strengthen Personal Capability, Accumulate Professional Knowledge’. While developing more business, Sino Soar team started the self study and self promotion campaign to build up personal professionalism.
- The Rebuilding & Upgrading of Internal Workflow and System
On December 29th, the last weekend of 2019, the management team of Sino Soar convoked an In-depth Communication Meeting to analyze the potential internal problems of the company. The Meeting took shape of the initial planning on personnel cultivation and workflow upgrading.
The thoughts of the team must be unified before formal drill of the troops. Early before the work resumption after Spring Festival, the management team started to discuss the company value through Dingding online conference. The value of Sino Soar was upgraded from the previous ‘Honest & Integrity, Seek Truth from Facts, Sense of Mastership’ to the current ‘Honest & Reliable, Striving & Progressive, Professional & Effective, Teamwork, Teaching & Learning, Open-minded & Generous’. The management team defined the new company value and confirmed the evaluation criteria for these values. All staff of Sino Soar were asked to submit typical cases of the new values. Finally, the Sino Soar Value System was formed in document. The Value System will be an important tool for the company to guide the staff thoughts and action, it is also a tool to evaluate the work of a staff.
In addition, the company confirmed the mode of execution and mode of replay for annual OKR management tool. The unified OKR tool will guarantee that personal objective is consistent with the key objective of the company. With unified objectives, all members of Sino Soar could work with same direction hand in hand.
By strengthening thoughts and tools, the internal workflow and inter-connection of different departments were checked through project replay and business replay. The Business Department, Technical Department, R&D Department, Procurement Department, and Financial Department conducted project replay and business replay. After that, the new business workflow and system were re-designed based on the objectives of simplification, efficiency, and quality.

2. Strengthen Personal Capability to Battle with New Challenge after Pandemic
Besides the rebuilding and upgrading of company culture, system, and workflow, Sino Soar team also started a new round of overall self-strengthening planning and action. The company invited experienced trainers of management field to conduct online training on enterprise management. Trainers from different departments of Sino Soar also organized training and experience sharing.
The company encourage all staff to promote professionalism and management skills through online platform such as Dedao University, MOOC, xuetangx.com etc.
To encourage the personal study and promotion, the company had issued policy of financing all staff to participate in the PMP project management exam.
